how to sleep fabulously

Fabulosity is everything.  Even sleeping is important if you want to be fabulous.  First of all it is important that you get 7-10 hours of sleep every night.  This way our fabulousity batteries are already half way charged when we wake up.  So try to get a sleep routine.  Ex. bed at nine, wake at 7am. 

Before going to bed you should have worked out, and then showered. After your shower, stretch or do yoga.  Do this for 30 minutes or whatever time is comfortable to you.  That way, you can help promote a long and lean body.  Then change into your fabulous pajamas.  Anything from VS, hollister, A nd F works.  Or if you live in a tropical climate, a cami and boy shorts works just fine. Before you get in bed, drink a cup of warm milk, or room temperature water.  This promotes relaxation.  Then turn off all your lights leaving a night light on, lighting your floor to your bathroom.   Spray your room with your favorite room spray.  And then spray your bed with your favorite linen spray.  Lay in bed and place your cool gel eye mask over your eyes, wait until it is warm.  Then place over your sleeping mask.  If you want you can have a compress behind your neck.  Sleep with your head facing up (sleeping beauty style) it is severly important that your face doesn't touch your pillows.  This could cause breakouts.  If acne is a problem for you try purchasing a acne pillow.  One that is okay to lay your head on.  If it is uncomfortable for you, then buy a memory foam pillow.

And then wake up at your regular time to your local "in" radio station.  Hope this helps you to sleep fabulously.  For any further questions comment below.
